Subscription Provider Switch & More Currencies

Hello pen friends!

We’ve switched to using a new provider for the subscriptions. You will see your subscription information change this month. You will now be able to upgrade/downgrade your subscription(s) yourself through your account page. You can change these as often as you wish.

Changes you can now make:

  • Changing your palette
  • Switching between Deluxe and Basic
  • Switching your parcel size
  • Pause your subscription for up to 90 days

We’ve also switched to synchronized billing. You’ll be billed on the 10th of each month, starting in February 2023. We’re planning to ship by the 15th of every month, which gives you 5 days to change your order before they get mailed.

New subscribers that join before the 30th of the month (or March 1-2 for February) will be immediately shipped the parcel for that month. Subscribers who join after that point and before the 10th of the month will not be charged until the 10th and their first parcel will ship on the 15th.

We’ve also added support for multiple currencies. You can set your default currency in your account settings or change it temporarily in the footer of the website. Please remember that international parcels will ship every other month to keep shipping costs down. At present, shipping costs are included in the price of the subscriptions. (We don’t plan to change that but we’re still keeping an eye on the costs.) If we don’t support a currency you need, please contact us!
